We’ve only six rooms - all in the original ‘bungalow’.
Each is a little different. The Ashburnham Suite is the largest; the aptly-named Family Room perfect for multi-generational guests.

The Ash Suite offers a large sitting room and separate bedroom. It has walk-in storage space and bathroom marginally larger than that with other rooms.
The bedroom opens onto a small private terrace that overlooks one of the side lawns.

We've four double bedrooms at Ash. All are a little different in style and size but each have four-poster beds and en-suite bathrooms.
Take the Balcony Room for an ideal spot to sit quietly and enjoy views up to Hunasgiriya
The Sunset Room has a little more space and can be opened to The Hideaway Room (not always )
The Bay Room opens to a private terrace, perfect for early morning tea.
The Family Room

Ideal for younger families, the room offers a double bed and two (antique) singles.
Sitting nearer the back of the house the room is further from any evening-time noise so suits those heading to bed early, but on the same level as everyone else and within very easy reach of the terrace and sitting room.
